So, naturally, it must appear on this blog. God, I see comps like this one, and it makes my hunt for stuff I haven't heard in so long get a little out of hand. Oh, the Christian hardcore scene...

Wow! I have the original copy of this comp. I was sad when I found it again a few months ago it was cracked =( I was able to get a few songs off it, but not all. But now I can have them again. You are making my youth happy again, I like you was way into the hardcore scene when I was growing up in the 90's-00's, I am re-looking for bands I once loved. This blog is gold to me.

I emailed a lot with Jarrod Norris who ran Deadself in 1998 and 1999 and I remember him telling me how difficult it was to come up with money to put this out. He was really stressed out about the money. This was a labor of love for him. There are a few tracks that were recorded exclusively for this comp. xDisciplex being the one that I remember.
