Before Vessel

Before there was Vessel, there was Apathy Denied, a hardcore band from Ohio that independently released a six song record, titled Counterculture, in 1995. They weren't rapcore like Vessel, more hardcore, but you can tell what era it's from. I don't know a whole lot about Apathy Denied, or Vessel for that matter, but like I've posted on my post about Vessel, here is a link to a Vessel webpage that has the story of how they came to be, and Apathy Denied is part of that story. So, here's the record:

    This is quite different from Vessel, I wish that Vessel could have captured some of this and mixed it into their rapcore style. That would have made for a very interesting release.
