Looking for rare Saved by Grace stuff
Saved by Grace recorded two songs for a split they did with The Esoteric back in 2002 titled Roads Between. The split was released by hand on tour in 2002, but when approaching a legitimate release through Anxiety Records, Saved by Grace apparently backed out of the deal due to issues with their vocalist who sadly hanged himself later on in 2010.
I heard these two tracks by Saved by Grace back when they originally posted them online before the release and they were super heavy and super good. I regret not going about the appropriate paths to obtaining them for myself, because now I absolutely can not find them anywhere online. If ANYONE has access to these two tracks by the band, or the entire split with The Esoteric, please contact me!
Thanks guys.
By the way, I have A LOT of stuff I plan to post on here sometime soon. Life has been busy and gotten in the way, but once I get all the stuff sorted out, I'll get it ripped onto my computer and posted on here.

Edge of Mortality
I actually never heard Edge of Mortality until someone just recently clued me in on their former existence. A great SoCal metalcore band, they had the very identifiable late 90s/early 00s metalcore sound which they used to push their heavy Christian message. Members went on to be in such bands as As I Lay Dying and A Midday Atlantic. Super Christian, super late 90s metal core, and super heavy. Unfortunately, they only put out a single full length record titled World Hate, recorded in 1999, which featured Dave Quiggle artwork and Jason Moody of No Innocent Victim doing guest vocals on the final track "Will to Consume", and recorded three songs that were to be featured on a split with Liar on Sobermind Records, but instead chose to pursue releasing it as a self titled effort through now defunct Warfare Records. The EP, however, was never released. If anyone has a copy of the three tracks that were to be featured on their final self titled release, please contact me and send them my way and I'll get them posted here on the blog. Otherwise, check our their MySpace page here and check out the three tracks featured on there. Check out their World Hate release below!

Laurelei

These guys were from North Carolina. All I know about them, thanks to Ryan, is that the original bassist on Hopesfall's first record, Frailty of Words (1 , 2), played in this band. I also think a dude in this band went on to later do vocals for Hopesfall. All Laurelei has ever released is the 9 songs on this self titled record, but apparently they did record another song that never was released. They played the epitome of early 2000's metalcore, but it isn't all that bad. Check it out below.

Fed by Ravens

Fed by Ravens was from Minnesota. I heard these dudes on that Blessed Be This Killing comp (1, 2) wayyyy back, and never got to hear them again. After some hard work, and a contribution from Nathan with a rip of Fed by Ravens' 1998 self titled 7", I can now not only listen to them, but share them with everyone. I will say this now, these dudes' music definitely evolved over the years. Their shit on their self titled, which was recorded at the same time as their song featured on the Blessed Be This Killing (1, 2) comp, is WAY BETTER than the stuff on the other two records from 1999 and 2000. Eventually, as you can pretty much hear from the sound on their Second Guessing Second Chances record, they went on to become the band, Tora Tora Torrence. But, ignoring that, their early shit rules.

Two more Stretch Arm Strong splits!
Here are two more splits featuring Stretch Arm Strong, thanks to Nathan for the rips! Pretty excited to be able to share these splits. Not a fan of Bedlam Hour, but always been a fan of Stretch Arm Strong, therefore, this split of course is necessary to at least have listened to. Apparently, it is before vocalist, Chris, joined Stretch Arm Strong, therefore the bassist, Matt, is doing the vocals on this. Pretty cool to listen to, pretty old as well. This was released under now defunct Koogle Records. This other split is a 7" featured in an issue of the old I Stand Alone zine. I'm pretty much obsessing over this particular vinyl because not only is it Stretch Arm Strong and xDisciplex, but it is the split where Stretch Arm Strong covered a Counting Crows song, leading to a lawsuit. Also what is pretty rad about this particular split, is Mike from Brother's Keeper does guest vocals on both xDisciplex songs. Pretty awesome. Being so awesome, Nathan scanned all the pages for this zine's split release. Thanks again dude.

Cast in Stone's demo from 2001
Cast in Stone was heavy. You can tell just by listening to them that dudes from this band went on to be in Deathstar. They also were in bands such as: Force of Change (AMAZING), Bleeding Through (was amazing), and Sleeping Giant. I'm sure they've been in more. Anyway, thanks to Josh from NotPopular.com for hooking up Kimmo with this demo. Check it out below.

more Few Left Standing!
Few Left Standing's Exit Wound EP is extremely rare, it being a vinyl doesn't really help it's availability. This is the one release of their's that I just never had any luck getting my hands on, until now. Thanks to Michael, I can put it on here for everyone. The EP features the song "What's the Use" which would later appear on their Wormwood record.

For those of you who were ever into Spitfire
I was never too into Spitfire, but I know a lot of people were, and I've gotten a request or two to post some of their stuff. Thanks to Michael, I've got some rips of Spitfire to share with everyone. One thing I DO like about Spitfire is some members went on to form Mae, and I LOVE Mae.

A Tribute to Living Sacrifice
I have NEVER been a fan of Living Sacrifice. I just could not get into their heavier stuff or their thrashy stuff. I did, however, get a chance to meet the singer, Bruce, one year at Cornerstone. He is definitely a super nice guy. This tribute compilation was requested via this blog, so, thanks to my dude Presley down in Florida, I can post a nice rip of this record for you guys.

Vessel
I don't know much about Vessel, except that they're from my home state of Ohio and here is a webpage of their's that consists of a decent story of how the band came to be.
Underoath

Yes...Underoath. They were once good, and not so "scene"...
These two records are their best.

Through it All
This band featured John Lockjaw of Pitboss and One Life Crew. My first band played with them when I was only 13 or 14 with Figure Four and some locals.

*UPDATE*
I have since removed the links to both of the Through it All records per request of a representative at Thumper Punk Records. The label will be releasing a discography in a month or so that will actually feature both of these fine recordings. So, that being said, when the discography is released, go buy it!

Stretch Arm Strong

For info on the band, check out their MySpace. Their Rituals of Life record is SO PERFECT in so many ways, still gets played quite frequently by me. One of my favorite records for sure. I only posted these 3 records because: A. Compassion Fills the Void is the earlier of their records that I own, and B. everything I have heard after A Revolution Transmission isn't very good, and the only reason I even posted that record is because a few songs on it are decent at best. If anyone has any rips of their Not Without Resistance and It Burns Clean eps that they can send my way, contact me!

Saved by Grace

Kansas City's Saved by Grace released this record on now defunct Recorse Records. Saw them play only once, was pretty good live. Definitely heavy and definitely melodic. This band was short-lived. They did record more songs, not sure if they were via demo or just unreleased, but didn't hear them until some time after they had already disbanded. If anyone has any copies or rips of that stuff, please get at me!
